By using our services, you agree to the following:

Scope of Service

We provide document preparation, notarization, authentication coordination, apostille submission, and legalization assistance.

Apostilles are issued solely by Ontario Official Document Services (ODS). We do not control ODS processing times, decisions, or acceptance criteria. Final acceptance of documents is determined by foreign authorities, embassies, or institutions.

No Guarantees

Processing times and acceptance are not guaranteed. Government and embassy requirements may change without notice.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and genuine documents
  • Confirming requirements with the receiving authority
  • Reviewing names, dates, and content before submission

We are not responsible for errors originating in source documents.

Fees & Refunds

  • All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed
  • Government, embassy, and courier fees are non-refundable once incurred
  • Service fees are non-refundable once processing begins

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or foreign-authority decisions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada.
